Click on:

How To Setup a Zoom Meeting
🧭 Step 1: Log in to Your Zoom Account
On a Computer (Web Browser)
Go to 👉 https://zoom.us/signin
Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
Or choose “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Facebook” if your account is linked.
On the Zoom App (Desktop)
Open the Zoom app on your computer.
Click Sign In.
Log in using your email/password, or select Google/Facebook/SSO if that’s how your account is set up.
📅 Step 2: Set Up a New Meeting
Option 1: Start an Instant Meeting
Once logged in, click or tap “New Meeting”.
Your meeting will start immediately with your video on (you can turn it off if you wish).
To invite others:
Click Participants → Invite.
Choose Copy Invitation or Copy Link and send it to your guests via email or message.
Option 2: Schedule a Meeting
Click Schedule (it looks like a calendar icon).
Enter your meeting details:
Topic (meeting name)
Date and time
Duration
Time zone
Optional settings: Enable waiting room, require passcode, etc.
Click Save (on desktop) or Done (on mobile).
You’ll see options to:
Copy the invitation link, or
Add it to your calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.).
