2. Download Enrollment Form - The Referrer does it for the New Brand Partner

The New Brand Partner will download the ENROLLMENT FORM, print it, fill it in, photograph it, and send the photo to their Referrer.
The Referrer will then enter all of your details for the New Brand Partner / Preferred Customer.
